Kirsty Lund, from Widnes, Cheshire, weighed 15st 7lb when she took up kickboxing aged 21. She was the only woman in the gym when she started training but now weighs just 10 stone. She went on to quit her job as a bank cashier and now works full time as a Thai Boxing and fitness instructor. Now aged 29 she's fitter and more toned than ever after slimming to just 10st.
